Last Chance to Visit Before Summer
As temperatures rise in Dubai, many of the city’s popular outdoor attractions will temporarily close, as they do every year during the hot summer months. They typically reopen in September or October. If you haven’t visited these must-see spots yet, now is the perfect time to experience them.
1. Last Chance to See the Dubai Fountain Before Renovation
The Dubai Fountain next to the Dubai Mall will soon close for renovation, not because of the summer heat, but due to an upcoming refurbishment project. The last performance of the fountain will take place on April 19. The renovation is expected to last until October.
2. End of Season 29 at Global Village
Season 29 of Global Village will end on May 11, 2025.
– Visiting Hours:
Sunday to Wednesday: 4 PM to 12 AM
Thursday to Saturday: 4 PM to 1 AM
Tuesdays (except public holidays): Family, women, and couples only
– Ticket Prices:
Regular Days: 25 AED
Any Day of the Week: 30 AED
Free entry for children under 3 years old, seniors over 65, and people of determination
3. Dubai Miracle Garden
The official closure date for this garden has not been announced, but based on previous years, it is expected to close in early summer.
– Ticket Prices:
Adults: 100 AED
Children 3 to 12 years: 85 AED
Children under 3 years: Free
People of determination: 40 AED
40% discount for UAE residents with Emirates ID
– Visiting Hours:
Regular Days: 9 AM to 9 PM
Weekends and Public Holidays: 9 AM to 11 PM
4. Dubai Garden Glow
Dubai Garden Glow has not announced an official closing date, but it usually closes during the summer months.
– Ticket Price: 75 AED (includes access to the Dinosaur Park)
– Visiting Hours:
Sunday to Friday: 5 PM to 11 PM
5. Dubai Safari Park
An official closure date has not been announced, but the park’s official website only allows ticket reservations until June 1, 2025.
– Ticket Prices:
Adults: 50 AED
Children 3 to 12 years: 20 AED
– Visiting Hours:
Daily: 9 AM to 6 PM (Last entry: 5 PM)
