Job Title: Beauty Specialist/Beauty Consultant

Main Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction and Sales:
Warmly welcome customers and provide a pleasant shopping experience.
Identify customer needs and preferences and recommend appropriate beauty products.
Demonstrate the use of beauty products to customers, including makeup techniques and skin care routines.
Promote and cross-sell products to achieve sales goals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to attract repeat purchases.
2. Product Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends, product launches and industry innovations.
Educate customers on the benefits, ingredients and how to use products.
Provide information on promotions, discounts and loyalty programs.
3. Store Maintenance:
Ensure that beauty counters and displays are clean, organized, and attractive.
Restock products and update displays to reflect current trends or seasonal promotions.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED 4,000.00 – 6,000.00 per month
