Dubai Women Establishment is seeking a dedicated and responsible Lifeguard to ensure the safety and well-being of swimmers at the pool and beach areas of the Dubai Ladies Club. The ideal candidate will be prepared to carry out emergency rescue procedures when needed and work collaboratively with the team to maintain a secure and professional environment for members, guests, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and patrol pool and beach areas, enforcing safety rules and preventing accidents
Identify and report hazards or maintenance issues promptly
Follow Standard Operating Procedures and Emergency Action Plans
Collaborate with and educate team members to maintain high service standards
Be ready to respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations
Requirements:
Strong physical fitness and swimming skills
Knowledge of water safety, rescue techniques, and first aid
Responsible, attentive, and reliable personality
