Job Description:
Repairs and alters guest clothing and staff uniforms using hand sewing, patching, or sewing machines.
Distributes clean uniforms to staff.
Sends damaged uniforms for repair.
Records guest requests for clothing (ironing, dry cleaning, repair).
Records and tracks uniforms issued or returned.
Inspects uniforms for damage and replaces unsuitable items.
Maintains safety policies, professional appearance, and respectful behavior toward guests and colleagues.
Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
Education: No diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Management experience: Not required.
Specific degree or certification: Not required.
