Mandarin Oriental, a luxury hotel located in Downtown Dubai, is looking to recruit a full-time professional barista with at least 3 years of experience in high-end cafes or luxury hotels to join its food and beverage team.What You’ll Do:
Prepare top-quality coffee, espresso, tea, and non-alcoholic beverages
Engage with guests, offering expert knowledge of our drink menu
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the bar
Handle guest feedback professionally
Assist with creating signature drinks and help with cashiering when needed
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of barista or bartender experience in luxury settings
Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus)
Strong communication and guest service skills
Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays
