Atlantis, Dubai is looking for a creative and experienced Pastry Chef to maintain and enhance the high standards of quality and taste of the Hakkasan restaurant, alongside the Executive Chef.
In this role, you will lead a team of pastry chefs by directly executing the baking and decorating process and managing the production of desserts, cakes, breads and other fresh baked goods in coordination with the kitchen team.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Sous Chef Pastry Chef in luxury international hotels or restaurants.
Possess a valid Culinary Certificate.
Thorough knowledge of HACCP principles and occupational health and safety.
Ability to lead a team, be creative in designing and decorating pastries and able to work in a high-pressure environment.
Salary and Benefits:
