Responsibilities:
Manage the pastry department and oversee the quality of desserts
Design and execute seasonal and specialty dessert menus
Plan daily production and control food costs
Completely adhere to health and safety standards
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or Chef de Partie
Creativity in preparing and presenting pastries and desserts
Ability to manage and plan meticulously
Professional demeanor and neat appearance
Ability to work a variety of shifts (day, evening, weekend)
