Job Description:
This position is seeking a skilled and motivated Facialist to join our team at Crew Life at Sea. As a Facialist, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of high-quality facial services to guests. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, including cruise ship guests and team members, helping them achieve their skincare goals.
Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of facials including cleansing, exfoliation, and moisturizing to meet guests’ needs.
Consult guests to determine their skin type and specific concerns.
Recommend and sell skincare products based on guests’ individual needs and concerns.
Keep your knowledge up-to-date on the latest skincare trends and techniques.
Maintain a clean and organized treatment room and ensure equipment is safe and sanitary.
Build and maintain relationships with guests to ensure their satisfaction and encourage return visits.
Collaborate with other team members to provide an exceptional guest experience.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a facialist, preferably in a luxury spa or cruise environment.
Degree in esthetics or related field.
Familiarity with a variety of facials and skin care techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Ability to pass security checks and obtain necessary travel documents.
