The Aquila School – Dubai is seeking an experienced and motivated English & Psychology Teacher to join our dynamic teaching team.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons in English and Psychology, ensuring all students make maximum progress.
Monitor and manage student behavior to maintain a safe and respectful learning environment.
Lead CAS activities, participate in staff training, and contribute to the school community.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding student achievements and well-being.
Comply with school policies and uphold The Aquila Professional Code of Conduct.
Actively participate in performance management processes for self and colleagues.
Requirements:
B.Ed or subject-related degree and PGCE/PGDE or equivalent with UK QTS.
Minimum of 3 years proven teaching experience up to and including GCSE English.
Experience teaching IBDP English and GCSE Psychology is desirable.
Ability to inspire and engage students through interactive lessons.
Strong planning, decision-making, and classroom management skills.
