Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality manicure, pedicure, gel, and acrylic nail services according to company standards
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of tools and workstations at all times
Advise clients on nail care and recommend suitable products
Upsell additional services and retail products
Assist in training and mentoring new team members
Ensure full client satisfaction and collect feedback after each session
Work closely with the team and follow company protocols
Requirements:
High school diploma; certification in nail/beauty therapy is a plus
Minimum 2 years of experience in nail services (at least 1 year in the UAE preferred)
Proficiency in gel and acrylic nail applications
Additional skills in waxing, threading, massage, facials, or lash/brow treatments are an advantage
Fluent in English
Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong team spirit
Willingness to learn and grow professionally
