Job Description:
This position is seeking a skilled and personable Barber for Men to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for grooming and styling, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to offer a wide range of male grooming services.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and other male grooming services tailored to clients’ preferences
Consult with clients to determine their desired style and offer professional advice on hair care and styling
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and tools, adhering to health and safety regulations
Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in male grooming and barbering
Upsell services and retail products to clients, ensuring they have the best grooming experience
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a male Barber or relevant certification in barbering or cosmetology
Proficiency in using barbering tools such as scissors, clippers, razors, and trimmers
Knowledge of various hair types and textures
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional results
Work Visa: This position includes a UAE work visa for qualified candidates.
