Job Description:
The Mechanic Auto Center L.L.C is seeking a professional and motivated full-time Personal Fitness Trainer with a monthly salary ranging from AED 4,000 to 5,000 to conduct private training sessions at a home gym.
The selected trainer should be capable of designing and implementing customized workout programs based on individual health and fitness goals, with a strong focus on safety, progress, and motivation.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-person training sessions at a private home gym

Assess fitness levels and create personalized workout plans

Teach proper exercise techniques and form

Motivate and support the client to achieve goals (weight loss, muscle gain, strength, or flexibility)

Monitor progress and adjust training programs as needed

Provide basic guidance on nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices
