If you want to enjoy the iconic Burj Khalifa fireworks, light show, and laser display without paying an entry fee, several public viewing areas in Downtown Dubai will be open to everyone. While access to Burj Park costs AED 997.50 per person, other surrounding areas remain completely free.
Free-viewing zones include Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard and nearby streets, where large LED screens will display the live show. Entry will be regulated through designated gates, and each area will close once it reaches full capacity.
Public viewing gates:
Gate 1: Boulevard Heights
Gate 2: Burj Vista
Gate 3: Emaar Square
Gate 4: Former Address Boulevard
Gate 5: Fountain Views
Gate 6: Address Downtown
Gate 7: Vida Dubai Mall
To access these free areas, visitors must arrive before 4 PM, as road closures typically begin between 3 PM and 4 PM.
Non-alcoholic food and drinks are allowed in public areas. RTA will provide free public buses between metro stations and designated points. Metro and tram timings will be announced closer to the event.
Free parking is available only before 4 PM and until full at the following locations:
Fashion Parking, MBR Junction 1 Grand Parking, Boulevard Underground Parkings 1–3, Cinema Parking, Zabeel Parking, Fountain Views Parking, Emaar Square Parking, Boulevard Plaza Parking.
Guests staying at or dining in Emaar hotels and restaurants such as Armani, Address Downtown, Address Dubai Mall, Address Sky View, Downtown Plus, and Vida Dubai Mall will receive special wristbands and access privileges.
Dubai Mall will remain open with free general access. Visitors with restaurant reservations that offer a view will receive special access, while others can enjoy the festive atmosphere inside the mall.
