A young man heroically rescued two young girls from drowning at Al Mamzar Beach. The incident took place on Tuesday, and Sharjah authorities visited the hospital to check on the girls’ condition and to personally honor the rescuer for his bravery.
Al Mamzar Beach, which lies between Dubai and Sharjah, requires strict adherence to safety rules. The Sharjah Civil Defense stated that the Director-General and his deputy went to the hospital to ensure the girls were recovering well. Both are now in stable condition.
Officials praised the young man for his quick and courageous action that saved the girls’ lives. They also reminded the public to remain cautious at beaches and to follow all safety guidelines.
