Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa (a Marriott International subsidiary) is seeking a professional, committed and motivated Lifeguard to help ensure the safety of guests and create a safe and enjoyable experience at its pool complex.
Main duties:
Continuously monitor the swimming area and use rescue techniques when necessary
Prevent unsafe conditions from occurring and notify management in case of emergency
Strictly follow health and safety standards
Provide first aid until the medical team arrives
Greeting and responding politely to guests
Working positively with the team and adhering to the complex’s policies
Eligibility requirements:
Having a high school diploma or equivalent
A valid first aid and CPR certificate
Adequate physical ability to perform physical tasks
Having strong communication skills
Having a valid work permit in the UAE or the ability to obtain one
