Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and bake a variety of cakes, pastries, and desserts from scratch
• Develop new and seasonal menu items
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, quality, and presentation
• Manage inventory and coordinate supply orders
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily production goals
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or Baker
• Knowledge of classic and modern pastry techniques
• Strong creativity and attention to detail
• Ability to work early mornings and weekends
• Food safety certification is a plus
