About the Role
TALIUM is looking for an experienced, passionate, and professional English language teacher to join the teaching team at schools in Dubai starting August 2025. The position seeks an individual who can enhance the learning experience in a dynamic and advanced environment using innovative, student-centered approaches tailored to individual needs. Key Responsibilities
Teach English using the best educational methods and incorporating modern technologies.
Design and implement lesson plans that address individual student needs and learning styles.
Inspire and motivate students to achieve educational goals beyond expectations.
Promote student learning through effective use of educational technology and blended learning methods.
Maintain professional relationships with colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement of educational processes.
Participate in after-school activities and school/community events.
Requirements
Degree in Education or a related field and/or valid teaching certification.
Experience teaching an American curriculum (preferred) and working with English language learners (an advantage).
At least 3 years of teaching experience in a similar position.
Proficiency in English and the ability to communicate effectively with students and colleagues.
