Job Description:
Coaching and training the makeup team of Sephora stores
Implementing specialized makeup courses (in-person and digital)
Producing educational content and collaborating with brands to hold workshops
Assessing and developing store talents
Collaborating with internal teams in marketing, HR, and PR
Qualification requirements:
At least 5 years of experience as a professional makeup artist (preferably in reputable brands)
Ability to lead, train, and evaluate others
High communication and presentation skills
A driver’s license and the ability to travel to the Gulf countries monthly
A flexible, responsible, motivated individual interested in growth
Financial benefits and conditions:
Base salary: from 15,000 to 18,000 UAE dirhams (depending on experience and skills)
