Hiring a flight attendant in Dubai

As a representative of Emirates, you will be the person customers turn to during their flight with us. Therefore, you must be friendly, attentive, and capable of providing excellent support.

The role of a Cabin Crew Member goes far beyond service — safety is our top priority. You must lead with confidence and take charge of in-flight services, security, and safety procedures. These skills are developed through our world-class training experience at our advanced facility in Dubai.

Requirements:

Minimum of one year of experience in hospitality or customer service
A positive attitude and the ability to deliver outstanding service in a team environment with people from diverse cultures
Minimum education level: high school graduate (Grade 12)
Fluency in both spoken and written English (knowledge of another language is an advantage)
Minimum height of 160 cm and the ability to reach 212 cm on tiptoes to access emergency equipment
No visible tattoos while wearing the cabin crew uniform (covering with bandages or makeup is not permitted)
Must be based in Dubai and meet UAE work visa requirements
Motivation to perform at your best, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage a demanding work schedule
Ability to provide an authentic customer experience with cultural awareness, reflecting the Emirates personality: professional, empathetic, progressive, insightful, and cosmopolitan
