American tech giant Apple has launched a large-scale recruitment drive in the United Arab Emirates, aiming to expand its retail operations across the country. The available job openings are primarily based in Apple’s retail stores and focus on areas such as customer service, technical support, sales, training, and business development.
According to an official announcement on Apple’s website, the company is looking for candidates who are able to work flexible schedules and maintain high performance standards. Proficiency in multiple languages is also considered a significant advantage for all roles.
Some of the featured positions include Creative, Business Expert, Operations Expert, Sales Expert, and Genius (Technical Specialist).
These roles involve responsibilities such as conducting hands-on training sessions for customers, providing tailored Apple solutions to businesses, managing retail operations, boosting sales through effective customer engagement, and diagnosing and resolving technical issues with Apple products.
Back in December 2024, Apple announced plans to open its fifth store in the UAE, located in Al Ain, marking another step in the company’s continued growth in the region.
