RMJM is looking for a creative and meticulous Interior Designer to lead a professional team in Dubai on a full-time basis. The position will involve working on a variety of high-end residential, commercial and hospitality projects.
Job Description:
Design and develop interior concepts based on client requirements.
Design plans, color combinations, and select appropriate materials.
Present design ideas and 3D renderings to clients.
Select furniture, lighting, and materials within budget.
Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to execute the project.
Manage the design team and provide feedback to junior designers.
Follow new interior design trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
At least 10 years of work experience (preferably in the UAE).
Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp, Photoshop.
Team management and effective communication skills.
Fluency in English (familiar with Arabic is an advantage).
Preferred Skills:
Experience in designing luxury hotel, retail or residential projects.
Familiarity with sustainable design and eco-friendly materials.
