Key Responsibilities:
Assist and deputize for the Resident Engineer as needed
Ensure compliance with contract documents in construction and O&M
Participate in contract administration
Review and comment on contractor submissions
Provide on-site instructions and technical guidance
Supervise inspection team
Measure and verify completed works
Monitor and enforce site safety standards
Ensure high-quality materials and workmanship
Track project progress and prepare detailed reports
Ensure accurate as-built documentation
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
Minimum 7 years’ experience in supervision or O&M of roads, bridges, and infrastructure projects in UAE/GCC
Fully computer literate
Excellent English communication and technical writing skills
