The RAK Biggest Weight Loss Challenge aims to promote a healthy lifestyle and combat obesity. The challenge runs from February 21 to May 22 and is free to join. Participants can earn up to AED 300 per kilogram of weight loss.
Categories & Rewards:
In-Person Category: Participants will be weighed at RAK Hospital at the start and end of the challenge. The top performers will receive AED 300, 200, or 100 per kilogram of weight lost.
Virtual Category: Participants can weigh in at a local clinic. Prizes include free hotel stays, wellness packages, restaurant vouchers, and gym memberships.
Family Category: Families of at least three members can participate. The family with the highest average weight loss will receive lifestyle vouchers.
In the previous edition, over 18,000 participants joined, with a total of AED 40,000 in prizes awarded. One winner lost over 30 kg and earned AED 9,000!
