Dubai Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has endorsed the results of the 2024 Customer, Employee, and Mystery Shopper Satisfaction Survey, announcing the best-performing government entities in Dubai.
Topping the list is the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment, with a score of 96.7%. Dubai Endowments Authority follows with 96.2%, and the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) ranks third with 95.3%.
The average customer satisfaction across Dubai’s government entities has reached 93.8%, while employee satisfaction averages 86.7%, and mystery shopper evaluations stand at 95.8%.
Sheikh Hamdan has instructed the Dubai Government Excellence Program team to develop a comprehensive mechanism to integrate customer and employee satisfaction studies with institutional assessments. This initiative aims to align these evaluations more closely with the Government Excellence System.
