Main Responsibilities:
Design and develop lesson plans according to learners’ needs and educational goals
Correct students’ speaking and writing errors constructively
Motivate learners and encourage active participation in class
Adapt activities and exercises to different proficiency levels and individual needs
Assess learners’ progress through continuous testing and evaluation
Incorporate educational technology, such as software, videos, and multimedia resources
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to improve the learning process
Skills and Qualifications:
