Responsibilities:
Capture high-quality images of properties, events, and corporate activities.
Edit photos using advanced tools to meet professional standards.
Plan and execute on-site photoshoots to showcase properties for marketing purposes.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual concepts and ideas for campaigns.
Maintain and manage photography equipment.
Photograph company events, meetings, and milestones.
Create and manage an organized archive of images for quick access and future use.
Stay updated on the latest photography trends and techniques to keep content competitive.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a professional photographer, with experience in real estate or corporate photography being a plus.
Degree or certification in Photography or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in photo editing software like Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
Strong technical skills with cameras, lenses, and lighting equipment.
Creativity and an artistic eye for composition and detail.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach.
A strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
