Job Description:
Conduct high-quality training sessions tailored to clients’ goals
Create motivation, structure, and challenge to help individuals progress
Effective team collaboration and active participation in organizational culture
Implement defined systems and procedures while maintaining individual identity
Represent the brand inside and outside the club space
Continuous learning, performance reflection, and professional skills development
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (required)
At least 3 years of experience in personal coaching (required)
Full proficiency in English (required)
