The UAE government has officially announced that the Eid al-Adha holidays in 2025 will span four days, starting from Thursday, June 5 (Arafat Day), and continuing until Sunday, June 8.
According to the UAE’s International Astronomy and Space Sciences Union, Arafat Day is expected to fall on the 9th of Dhul-Hijjah, with Eid al-Adha on the 10th. The 11th and 12th of Dhul-Hijjah have also been declared as official holidays. This means residents in Dubai can look forward to a four-day break.
While the exact dates will be officially confirmed upon moon sighting, any changes are unlikely to exceed one day, making it suitable for travel or holiday planning.
