Dubai Garden Glow, one of the UAE’s most popular family attractions, has officially closed its doors after 10 successful seasons. The park announced on its official X account that it will reopen soon in a new location with an exciting concept.
This park, which has been operational since 2015 in Zabeel Park, gained fame for its life-sized, glowing moving dinosaur statues and eco-friendly art installations. Over the years, Dubai Garden Glow became the largest glowing garden in the world, combining creativity, sustainability, and entertainment.
The closure of Dubai Garden Glow is part of a major transformation plan for Zabeel Park. According to the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan, the first health and interactive park in the Middle East, named Therme Dubai, will be built in this location.
Therme Dubai, a project in collaboration with the Therme Group and supported by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan, the Crown Prince of Dubai, focuses on sustainability, improving quality of life, and public health. The large-scale project, with an investment of around 2 billion dirhams, is expected to open by 2028. It will feature hot spring pools, 15 water slides, three massive waterfalls, a Michelin-starred restaurant, and the world’s largest indoor botanical garden
