Azadea is looking for an experienced and professional Barista to join our team at Paul Café, located in Wafi Mall, Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily operations in line with brand standards, including product ordering, setting up required products and equipment for service, and completing opening and closing duties.
Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the workspace, reporting any discrepancies or issues to the manager.
Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and positive manner, ensuring guest satisfaction through high-quality service.
Place orders for necessary items by liaising with suppliers as per set guidelines.
Conduct weekly inventory of bar utensils, including recording wastage or breakages, and report to the manager.
Requirements:
High School Diploma.
Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in F&B operations or café in a similar role.
Knowledge of preparing specialty drinks is a plus.
Proficiency in English.
Ability to work in a dynamic and team-oriented environment.
