Vegan Burger is looking for a professional and energetic Barista who, in addition to technical skills, has the ability to lead and manage a small team. If you are responsible, enjoy teamwork, and are committed to creating a pleasant experience for customers, we would love to have you on our team.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage and support a 5-person team during your shift
Monitor inventory and place orders with suppliers
Train new staff and ensure smooth operations during your shift
Maintain high quality in drink preparation and customer service
Required Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Barista
Leadership and team management skills
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication
